My name is Carson Pons, and I’m the founder of Emerald Coast Illumination. I was born and raised right here in Panama City, and now I’m raising my own family in the same community – four kids who remind me daily why I believe in doing things right, with heart and purpose.
My passion for lighting was sparked early on. My father has worked for years with FX Luminaires, a company known for its premium outdoor lighting products. Watching him talk about quality, design, and lighting systems planted the seed. But while he focused on the product side, I saw the potential to bring those products to life – through thoughtful, hands-on installation that transforms a property after sunset.
That’s what led me to start Emerald Coast Illumination: to combine trusted products with artistic, professional lighting installation. Our team is small, local, and dedicated. We’re all born and rooted in Panama City, and we take pride in delivering lighting that reflects the beauty of the place we call home.
